Coffee

Access to the space includes unlimited third wave coffee roasted by some of our favorite coffee shops from all over the region and country.

Members who receive training are welcome to use our professional-grade espresso setup featuring a Rocket Espresso Giotto Evoluzione machine, Mazzer Super Jolly commercial grinder, and all the tools and accessories needed to make your own cappuccinos and lattes. (Management can also make you a drink for a suggested donation of $4, payable via cash or Venmo.)

We also have a pour-over coffee setup with a Bonavita gooseneck kettle, Melitta #4 cone dripper, and Hario insulated carafe suitable for personal or shared portions.

We stock lactose free whole milk and barista-blend almond milk. You are welcome to bring a small container of your preferred milk/creamer if you prefer.

Tea and other beverages

We stock PG Tips English breakfast tea and a selection of caffeine-free herbal teas as well. Other teas from the supermarket are available upon request.

The mini fridge will be stocked once a month with seltzers and Spindrift. You are welcome to bring your own beverages as well and store them on the shelving, but we ask that you label them and only refrigerate a few cans or bottles at a time in order to keep the limited fridge space available for communal use.

Snacks

We stock a limited selection of healthy snacks (nuts, fruit, etc) for eating on premise.
